Symptoms
While using the Forgot Password link (on the Fusion Applications Login page) to reset the password in Fusion Applications, the following error comes up on the screen.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Fusion Application login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password link to initiate the password reset.
3. The above mentioned error comes up.
