  Customer have completed the data migration process and have started the user account creation process, the Send Pending LDAP Requests process is running for a long time and never finish

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get in fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process
3. Search and submit Send Pending LDAP Requests
the process run for a long time
