Unable To Move Qualification Set Up From Test To Production Using Import Feature

Symptoms

When  trying to  move qualification set up from test to production environment using import feature, the following error occurs:


   Error Message
   Business object: Supplier Qualification Question Status: Completed with errors Status details: Review and report the errors for this object to product Supplier Qualification.
   Detail Object: QuestionMigrator Status: Completed with errors Status Details: A total of 1 rows were processed. 1 rows of them failed and 0 rows completed with warnings. Started: 10/9/17 5:02 PM Ended: 10/9/17 5:02 PM.
   Row Identifier: N.C.R closed date, 0 Status: Error Message Code: Severity: , Message Text: Cause: Action:

   JBO-25026: Row oracle.jbo.Key300000002811828 with XML tag QuestionMigratorVORow cannot be loaded.JBO-25027: Attribute ActivationDate at index 0 with XML tag ActivationDate cannot be loaded.JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.sql.Timestamp from type:java.lang.String          with value:57:50.2: Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:sshttp://.fffffffff


   Steps to Reproduce
    The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
   1. Login to Fusion Application
   2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> Go to Offerings -> Click setup button -> Under functional areas ->
   -> select supplier qualification -> After selecting, scroll up , then under view -> columns-> enable actions column
   -> From Actions , export the questions to csv file .
   3. Once export is completed , go to different instance . Follow same steps till step 2.
   now click on import .csv file (here upload the exported csv file)
