Approval History Is Not Populating For Purchase Agreements

Goal

 Approval history is not populating for blanket purchase agreements.

 

Symptoms

BPA Approval history is not showing up.

ERROR
-----------------------
No data to display.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to Fusion Applications

2. Navigate to  -> Procurement -> Purchasing -> Manage Agreement -> Search for Open Blanked Purchase Agreement (BPA) -> Action -> View document history -> Click on 'Submit', it should show this error message 'No data to display'.

 

Cause
During P2T Refresh, In SOA data is not copied from production to test, so approval history data will be wiped out in Test Instance, With this change, we can see only BPM action history, but not the approval tree.
