Error On User Identity Synchronization From This SaaS Instance To The PaaS Identity Store Process

User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store process failed with following error in the log file:
Failed to retrieve APPID credentials. APPID not found in credential store.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Register the SIM Endpoint.
2. Login to fusion application
3. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Process -> Schedule New Process -> search and submit User identity synchronization from this SaaS instance to the PaaS Identity Store
The process will fail
