PRC:SSP:Category Name Is Not Populated at the Requisition Line Level for Punchout Items

Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Procurement Catalog
When attempting to create and submit the requisition with a punchout item the following error occurs.

Line 1: Category Name is required. Specify a value for the field. (POR-2010313)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Category Mapping with Mapping set Name 'XYZ'
2. Create a Punchout Catalog that uses the mapping set 'XYZ'
3. Punchout to the supplier catalog. Bring the item back and checkout the Req
4. Notice that category information at the Requisition line is empty. Continuing to Requisition Creation throws the above error
