Sales Campaign Response Link Not Working. (Doc ID 2323264.1)

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to send response by clicking on the response link of campaign mail triggered on contact,
the following error occurs.

The site can not be reached.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Market Treatment Template for sales campaign
2. Add Contacts
3. Design a email template
4. Submit the Campaign
5. Email got triggered to contact.
6. Contact trying to send response by clicking response link
7.Error getting as site can not be reached.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to send the response message.
