HR Specialist is not able to view phone number of employees

Search for the same employee and check for the contact you added in the previous step..
The contact/phone number is not visible.

The Person trying to check this is an HR Specialist.

Should be able to see contact number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person management > Search for Employee > Manage People > Contacts > Add a new contact for the person > Submit.
