Symptoms

Observed:

Purchase Requisitions listed in the Pending Notifications have no quick-links for Approve or Reject

Expected:

Purchase Requisitions listed in the Pending Notifications have quick-links for Approve and Reject

Steps:

1. User A submits requisition to user B
2. User B logs in to the application and clicks on the Bell icon
3. Observe that the listed requisition from user A does not have an Approve or Reject quick-link
