Managing Orders actions LOV does not show values in Chrome

Symptoms

Chrome: Purchasing > Manage Orders – search for a list of Open Orders, Navigate to Actions on the main page and the Actions button does not return anything (does not display anything)…

Using Firefox – exactly the same navigation, but this has all the available options under Actions
