Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Sign contract screen is blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Sign contract screen must not be blank

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into OSC
2.Navigate to contract page
3.query the contract
4.contract number 1234
5.click sign contract

Sign contract screen is blank

BUSINESS IMPACT


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the contract out for Signature.
