Transaction Controls, Manage Project Financial Settings
Symptoms
- Under ‘Manage Financial Project Settings’ page, nothing is returned when searching for a person name in order to add it on a project ‘Transaction Controls’ line.
- This person is not showing up in the 'Search and Select: Person' fields, even when the box ‘Include people with future-dated effective start dates’ is ticked.
- The person is already created as a resource and included in a resource pool in ' Manage Project Enterprise Resources'.
- The person was recently rehired in HRMS.
