Unable to import the Item categories with FBDI

See the category at item level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Catalog from Manage Catalog
2. Fill in the EgpItemCategoriesInterface. tab from import template
3. Scheduled Processes -> Schedule new process -> load interface -> upload csv file and Submit
4.Schedule new process -> Item import -> fill in the Batch id and Submit
