Symptoms

Unable to approve requisition for some users when using Supervisory Hierarchy.

The following error is received:

The application cannot determine the supervisor hierarchy of the requester. (POR-2010778)
Cause The hierarchy contains a loop.
Action Remove the loop in the supervisor hierarchy and resubmit the requisition.
