Symptoms

Using Oracle Sales and Operations Planning Cloud Service
Running 11.13.17.11.0
When attempting to perform run a given S&OP Plan,
the plan does not complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the plan to complete

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Run the given S&OP Plan
2. Observe that progress on the plan run is blocked due to a Snapshot Dimension request in a Blocked state.
