Duplicate Identification Batch Completing In Error

Goal

When the Duplicate Identification is executed in Customer Data Management, Identify Registry Duplicates process completes in Error. Error message says the data quality server is disabled.

Error: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.RuntimeException, msg=java.lang.RuntimeException: The data quality server failed to process the request. Check the data quality server log file for more information. Data quality server is disabled for the batch.: java.lang.RuntimeException: The data quality server failed to process the request. Check the data quality server log file for more information. Data quality server is disabled for the batch.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click ‘Duplicate Identification’ in the Customer Data Management menu.
2. Create new Duplicate Identification
3. Click the ‘Schedule’ button after adding at least one rule for identifying duplicates
4. Monitor status in the ‘scheduled processes’ screen
5. Process completes in ‘Error’
