Work Type Values are truncated in ADFDI Spreadsheets

Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Capture Project Costs
Work Type values from LOV
In ADFDI Work Type is not showing the initial zeros of a value like Work Type = '00101' (in Excel '101' is displaying only)
But when user import transaction into Projects it is showing him the complete Work Type Values.
Is that an expected behavior in ADFDI Excel File or any setting in excel can help?
