Symptoms

When attempting to run Seeded OTBI reports in Supply chain Planning functional area the following error occurs.

ERROR
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW)
Error Codes : OPR4ONWY;U9IM8TAC;OI2DL65P
ORA-00942:table or view does not exist at OCI call OCIStmtExecute(HY000)
SQL Statement Preparation Failed.(HY000)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should be able to run OTBI reports without any error.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to applications
2. Navigator > Reports and Analytics > Catalog > My Shared Folders > Supply Chain Management >Supply Chain Planning > Exception Summary by Item
3. Try to select Parameter Plan and Organization
