PRC:PO: Not Able To Set Any Value As Default In The TAB Mapping Set After Release 13 Upgrade (Doc ID 2355182.1)

Symptoms

Not able to set any value as default in the TAB Mapping Set after Release 13 Upgrade.
 
As soon as user clicks 'Set Default', the value disappears from the list. When  he clicks on save, he gets an error that the value is invalid.

The selected value is fine; user is able to save it if it's not set as default, and also is able to transact with that same value, hence is most definitely not invalid.

chart of accounts XXX instance. (XLA-870691)


Steps To Reproduce
1. Access Mapping Set.
2. Select a value and 'Set Default'.
3. Encounter reported error.



Changes

 Release 13 Upgrade.
