Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Approvals and Notification

PO Approvers not able to see draft PO PDF in approval notification

Users are not able to see attachment in notification.

ERROR

Warning
An error occurred while copying document attachments to this notification.
Review the document details to view all attachments.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create PO
2. Add Attachments for Category: To Approver
3. Submit for approval.
4. Approver opens the notification and encounters reported error.
