PJO: Budget and Forecast Summary View Returns ADF_FACES-60096 and java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 2355575.1)

After viewing a Forecast or Budget Summary and hitting the done button, the following error is returned:

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1

followed by:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 33, Server Domain: ProjectsDomain, Server Instance: ProjectsFinancialsServer_1, Application Name: ProjectsFinancialsApp.

The backend error is a NullPointerException:
