Functionality Where Attachments Can Be added To The Receipt After Receiving (Doc ID 2357365.1)

Goal

Currently it  is only possible to add an attachment while receiving the items/goods/services.
However, in many case, the receiving documents are not ready at the time of receiving.
Functionality is needed where documents can be attached later to the receipts.
