Manage Purchasing Document Approvals/Edit Rule

Approval Rule with Condition based on Requisition BU does not work with Purchase Agreements (Blanket and Contract).

When you select Manage Approvals, the system returns an error:

'Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error.'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Manage Purchasing Document Approval and set up an approval rule based on the condition Requisition BU, for example:
Requisition BU is not blank

2. Create an Blanket Purchasing Agreement, make sure that in the Controls page Requisition BU is populated.
3. Select Manage approvals
