Symptoms

 Issue:
Users will not be able to update the tax after a certain tax classification code is defaulted at the line level.
This is the same in case a PO is created from a requisition, or a Manual PO creation.

The Error
Error: An error occurred while calculating the tax for this order. The tax will be recalculated when the document is submitted for approval. (PO-2055214)

Test case:
The problem is replicated with the following steps:

1.- Create requisition.
2.- Go to Process Requisitions
3.- Create a Purchase order
4.- change the Tax classification code to a valid different code.
5.- Error as above

Submit for approval and following error is shown:

Changes

 Tax update issue , which is observed after the Feb Rel 12.1 patch bundle.
