Symptoms

A leaver with a termination date of 30-Apr-2018 has not had a P45 produced.
The payroll has been run for pay period 01 2018 and payment results have been archived.

The calculation card is set to "Issue when final pay on or after termination date" but no P45 is produced when the P45 Process is run
