Symptoms

When attempting to update transaction account definition, the following error occurs.

ERROR

XLA-870946 The activation of the transaction account definition has failed. Contact your application administrator. You can also view the details of the activation errors


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update Transaction account definition
2. Error
