Symptoms

Using Planning Central
On an environment running 11.13.17.11 PB14 :
When attempting to create customer level filtering from
table MyBiz:Shipments History Monthly to
graph MyBiz: Shipment Trends Graph

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Values in MyBiz: Shipment Trends Graph are NOT filtered based on the customer selection in table MyBiz:Shipments History Monthly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------
Expect Values in MyBiz: Shipment Trends Graph ARE filtered based on the customer selection in table MyBiz:Shipments History Monthly

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Open a demand plan

2. Search and open a layout containing
1 table: MyBiz: Shipments History Monthly
and
1 graph: MyBiz: Shipment Trends Graph

3. On the table, Use Manage Links to confirm
tab: To Table or Graph
Type: Graph
Name: MyBiz:Shipment Trends Graph
MyBiz:Shipment Trends Graph: Linking Parameters
Enable dynamic linking: CHECKED
Pass highlighted selections and selected members: SELECTED

4. In the table: MyBiz: Shipments History Monthly
select a customer 

5. Observe that the values displayed in graph: MyBiz: Shipment Trends Graph are unchanged and still show history values for all customers.
