Confirmation Pop Up Is Not Appearing After Submitting The Purchase Order (Doc ID 2377972.1)

Symptoms

Observed that the confirmation pop up doesn't appear when agreement/PO is created 
By using Task-->Create Agreement-->Confirmation pop up message

Additionally, noticed that  when we save the Order or Agreements the confirmation pop up with the message "Your changes were saved" doesn't appear.
This happens in the following scenarios:
Task-->Create Order--Save
Task-->Create Agreement-->Save

Changes

 Upgrade to Rel 13
