Confirmation Pop Up Is Not Appearing After Submitting The Purchase Order

Observed that the confirmation pop up doesn't appear when agreement/PO is created
By using Task-->Create Agreement-->Confirmation pop up message
Additionally, noticed that when we save the Order or Agreements the confirmation pop up with the message "Your changes were saved" doesn't appear.
This happens in the following scenarios:
Upgrade to Rel 13
