Smart Form Account Rule Is Not Working (Doc ID 2382009.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Purchase Orders

Trying to populate correct charge account on Purchase Requisition based on Smart Form Account rules, but account is not populating.

Create smart form and add DFF for 2 values.  Create 2 Mapping set and create 2 account rules with the below conditions:
Before this, assigned the accounts to the categories in order to generate different expense accounts based on the DFF value in the smart form.
Create the PR, but the correct charge account is not populated.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. User created smart form
2. Added DFF for 2 values 
3. Created 2 Mapping set, created 2 account rules with conditions:
    a - "Cross BU" = N 'And' ( "ATTRIBUTE1"(PO) = A)
    b - "Cross BU" = N 'And' ( "ATTRIBUTE1"(PO)  = B)
4. Creates the PR, the correct charge account is not populated.
