Quality Inspection Plan Versions are Not Saved

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After creating a new version of an existing Inspection Plan, the new version is not showing in the search results.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Quality Management
- Search for an Inspection Plan and open the Plan for editing
- Select Actions -> Manage Versions
- Create a new version
- Save and Close
- Search for Inspection Plan again
