Maintenance Work Definitions Are Visible Across Maintenance Organizations (Doc ID 2385863.1)

When attempting to select a Work Definition for a Maintenance Work Order, Work Definitions from a different Maintenance Organization are displayed in the LOV - if one of these WDs is selected, the following error occurs:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 146, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_02, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

There are no valid work definitions or versions defined for the specified date and item. (WIS-4440110)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintenance Management
2. Open right task pane and select Manage Maintenance Work Orders
3. Search and open existing Work Order
4. Expand the Work Definition heading
5. Using LOV select a WD that exists in a different Maintenance ORG
