Symptoms

When attempting to Create a Custom Report to show the receipt details
the following error occurs.

Error:

The specified criteria didn't result in any data



Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OTBI.
2. Create a report to show the receipt information for a PO.
3. It results in No data found error.
