PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================

When trying to upload new Assignment in the existing Assignment Set using FBDI import process, below error is observed.

ERROR
======

Error :"The value provided for the attribute SOURCING_RULE_NAME is invalid"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
================

1) Prepare the SCP Sourcing Rule Import template by adding the new Assignment record.

2) Create the CSV and upload to UCM

3) Submit Load Planning Data from Flat File ESS

4) Upon job completion, notice that data is not imported and Collections log shows the above error.
