Symptoms
1. Created a custom BI Publisher report and associated data model. Given the appropriate permissions and made the report available to the end users. Now, when the end users are opening the report, they see it as below
OR
2. After un-archiving report and data model and granting permissions to users in Oracle Business Intelligence, blank screen appears after quick error message which gets hidden by the blank screen when trying to open the BI Publisher report.
