PRC:SSP Punchout: Category Name on Requisition Is Coming as Null Eventhough the Mapping Exists with External Category

Symptoms
After mapped the External with Internal Categories for the Punchout supplier noticed that when do a Requisition (REQ) using the Punchout Catalog category on REQ is coming as NULL.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. The requester access a Punchout Catalog
2. Choose an item from this catalog
3. Create a requisition with one line with this item
2. Submit the Requisition created to approval process and this error is coming:
Line #: Category Name is required. Check if a valid mapping exist for the Category Name # returned from the supplier site. (POR-2010774)
