Symptoms

Using Oracle Demand Management Cloud Service / Demand Plan Analytics
On 11.13.17.09.0:
After defining a Display Override for the Product Category level using
Configure Planning Analytics,
find that,
after performing a Targeted Refresh
that the Display Override value is not displayed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Display Override value persists after a Targeted Refresh is performed
