FA:SCM:MNT Why Is Start Date For Maintenance Work Order Imported Through FBDI Different Than Seen In UI? (Doc ID 2399171.1)

Symptoms

The Maintenance Work Order seen in the UI is created with start time which was different than the FBDI specified start time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The start time as shown in the Maintenance Work Order UI should be the same as specified in the Maintenance Work Order FBDI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Fill the MaintenanceWorkOrderTemplate.
2. Specify the work order start date as for example 18:00:00 PM for a particular day.
3. Import the Maintenance Work Order Import.
4. Notice that the start time on the Work Order in the UI was different ( 3 hours later in this case, ie 15:00:00 PM).
