Inline E-Signatures Not Displaying for Initiator to Approve (Doc ID 2399188.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After enabling in-line E-Signatures for Quality Management, the Initiator is not able to provide approval for the Quality Inspection

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Initiator would be able to approve the Quality Inspection from the in-line E-Signature Record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Enable in-line e-signature from Setup and Maintenance
2. Create the Approval Group
3. Create the Approval Rule in BPM worklist for the QaResultsEresHumanTask
4. Navigate to Quality Management and create the Inspection
5. Submit the Inspection for approval
6. Notice that the Inspector does not get the option to approve the Inspection; however, if user logs in with the user designated as the Approver, the Approver can approve the Inspection from the Notification received
