Issue With Account Duplicity Check (Doc ID 2400357.1)

While Sale Person try to create Account with the existing name it gives duplicate notification but not allows to select the existing account.

On duplicate account notification page, select is visible only for account owner. If other user tries to create account with the same details, it gives notification for duplicate but doesn't allow user to select that account.
So if a user want to create Opportunity with that Account he will need to go to Opportunity page first and then will select account from there.
