Not Able To Generate The PGP Encryption Key Required For Credit Card Integration In Security Console. (Doc ID 2405284.1)

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

  While trying to generate a PGP from Security console, which needs to be used to encrypt the credit card transaction files, customer receive following error after clicking Save button.

An application error occurred as you attempted to save the alias EXM_PGP_KEY. Your help desk was notified.


Steps to reproduce:

1.  Login to fusion application

2.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Certificates -> Generate

3.  Enter the key information, click Save and Close

you will get an error
