Role Based Permission on BI Folder Does Not Work (Doc ID 2406221.1)

Role based folder permission only works after user has been added

Customer wants to give users full access to specific OTBI shared folders based on a BI Abstract Role I've created in OSC. This role should have Full Access to specific folders in OTBI, and this is given in the catalog.
However, when he add this role to an user and try to access the folder with this user, the user does not have full access. If the username is directly added to get full access to the folder; it does work.

Customer has ran Send & receive LDAP processes. Are there any other processes I need to run?
