Unable To View Purchasing Data In OTBI Report

Symptoms
When trying to run report analysis with Purchasing Data in OTBI (Example: Procurement - Purchasing Real Time), the Analysis is returning No Results.
In Release 12, go to Procurement > Purchasing Real Time > Order // Requester // Order Quantity
Identify why user with same access/role was able to view purchasing data in R12 but not in R13.
Identify if role is preventing them from running report with Purchasing Data in OTBI.
User has data roles and is able to access the purchasing data, and in Rel13 the user doesn't have purchase analysis role assigned.
From rel 13 there was a change in data security setup for users and data roles are not valid.
