Not Received Contract Expiry Notification After The Set Up (Doc ID 2412237.1)

Not received contract expiry notfication as per set up

Set up of the contract expiry notification is done at 'Manage Contract Type Task'.
The ESS program "Send Contract Expiration Notifications" is scheduled to run.

But are not getting any email notification as per set up. Why?
The schedule program Log file indicates that it has notified the buyer for contract#14016 but does not receive any email.
