Contract Imported With Wrong Data At Line Level

Imported a contract with lines using manage file import activities and it went successfully
After that, found that we missed hundreds of lines last time and we need to upload these lines again.
Also,the date on the lines were uploaded before are also wrong.
Then changed the status of that contract from active to Under amendment.
After gathering the data on the template and uploaded contract_line CSV only.But the import activity ends with "unsuccessful". Why?
