Information in this document applies to any platform.

Requirement is for the segregation of the elements of costs by item in the initial balance load.

The inventory template "Inventory Transactions Interface" to load initial balances, contains only
one column to enter the value that totals the cost, however, it must be taken into account that
for each of the books the value of the inventory is different.

For the initial load of the values of the inventories, they are required to be discriminated by
Materia Prima (Bill of Material), and the other production expenses for each of the books; this
need is because for the Gerencial (Managerial) book the inventories are valued only raw materials,
and in NIIF and Fiscal the value of manufacturing costs is different from each other, this will
affect financially for Managerial and Fiscal books, distorting the values of inventories and selling costs.
For which you have:

1. The cost that is handled in NIIF, includes: Materials, MOD and CIF
2. The cost that is handled in the Managerial books, includes only Materials
3. The inventory template includes a column with the total data
4. The value of the Fiscal Book
