On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Service Contract

Unable to select customer on creating a service contract

I am creating a service contract (sell, subscription) and upon selecting a customer, system throws an error.

QP-QP _Segment_matrix_not_found , cannot be accessed



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contract management
2. Create contract
3. Select customer
4. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create service contract.
