Process Requisitions Screen Hangs When Click on "Add to Document Builder" Button (Doc ID 2422666.1)

Symptoms

Process Requisitions screen hangs when click on "Add to Document Builder" button and the bellow message is shown.
This symptom is only occurred when it is used Internet Explorer (IE) browser, when it is used Firefox browser it works well.


ERROR

 "No response from oraclecloud.com"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.The user is using Internet Explorer browser.
2. Navigate in Procurement
3. Go in Purchase Orders
2. Choose task: Process Requisitions
3. Choose one Requisition and press button: Add to Document Builder and the error message is coming
