How to Diagnose and Correct Pick Release Failure (Doc ID 2423364.1)

Goal

When attempting to perform Pick Release, the following errors might be encountered:

ERROR
-----------------------
"Pick wave XXXX was released. Number of pick slip 0 and number of picks 0."
OR
"Pick wave XXXX was released."
OR
“The value provided for the Subinventory attribute is invalid…”

 

STEPS
------------
1. Go to: Navigator
2. Navigate to: Inventory Management
3. Show Tasks: Picks
4. Select Create Pick Wave from tasks list
5. Input Sales Order and Demand Selection criteria
6. Input Release options
7. Press Release Now button, get confirmation.
8. See no item is picked.
