ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

As part of the new functionality in absence management, we are are trying to implement transfer and Rollover of accrual plan functionality.

However in the Manage Accrual plans page, Accrual plan category LOV is blank. Please let us know how to enable the plan category field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Accrual Plans Page
2. Accrual plan category LOV is blank.
