No Data Being Retrieved In Seeded OTBI Reports After Successful Plan Run (Doc ID 2433566.1)

Goal

The plan option 'Enable for OTBI reporting' is checked prior to running the Supply Plan.
After the plan run is successfully completed, there is no data being returned in any of the seeded Reports.

After the plan completes in Planning Central, in the Open Table, Graph, or Tile Set dialog box, do the following:
  - Search for your report.
  - Filter the list by selecting Type and then Report.
  - Select a report and then click OK.

It is expected to see data returned in the following seeded reports:
- Build Plan by End Item
- Exception Summary by Item Order
- Details by Item
- Pegging Details by End Item
- Plan Recommendations Summary Graph
